Hi! It’s at St. Michael Homes, Meycauayan, Bulacan. It’s near schools, church, shopping center, SM Marilao, and 5-10 minutes away from Edsa depending on traffic (if there is any).

Hi Heidi!

The house is still available for rent at P8k. Lowest we can go is P7500/mo., renewable after 1 yr.

Exact address is #66 Sampaguita Street, St. Michael Homes, Meycauayan, Bulacan. Please let me know if you would like to visit it so you can see the inside of the house. Right now, our old tenant is still there but given due notice, they are prepared to leave once new tenants sign the new contract. Thanks!

Hi - can i rent this place for only 2 mos - say 1st week of july to last week of august? - my husband will be arriving this july and we plan to just rest a place during his stay here in the philippines. please help me find one - at least semi or fully furnished house will be better.

Hi Wena! Right now, someone has already started renting the house. But we are still selling it for P2.5M cash. If rent to own, cash terms are as follow: 30% DP which is P750,000. Then P30,000 monthly payment for five years or 60 months.

If you intend to buy it now when someone is renting it, the tenant will start paying you for rent. He is under contract right now to rent the house for one year.

St. Michael Subdivision has tricycles and jeepneys that can bring people to Munoz, LRT or MRT. Depending on traffic, it takes 5-15 mins. to reach EDSA.

From the house, you can take a tricycle going to Jeep/FX station. Take the jeep or FX going to MRT or LRT.

Nice house, some friends might want to go for this if its still available for a real estate buy. Taga dito din sila sa Novaliches but they bought a house and lot in Tagaytay kaso mag aaral sa Fatima ang anak nila so they need a house somewhere near the area. I took the e-mail.
